Do you love your car? We sure love our cars and we love giving them extra love and care during the month of February. Not only is February the most romantic month of the year, but it is a great time to help your vehicle get through the winter season.

Here are five ways you can show your car, your truck, your SUV, or your work vehicle some love, just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Take your vehicle in for a Check-up (aka preventive maintenance).

When you are a healthy human who starts to feel under the weather, you go to the doctor, right? Sometimes, you’ll go to the doctor when you are joining a sports team and they require you to get an annual physical. Your vehicle has a lot in common with your body. It has moving parts. It has fluids coursing through its veins, so to speak. It can get worn out and start breaking down. It can also age and not run like it did when it was younger. Therefore, we recommend showing your love for your vehicle by taking it in for regular check-ups and giving it a dose of preventive maintenance.

Give your vehicle a Facial (aka detailing).

If you love the feeling of a relaxing facial, you can relate to this suggestion about showing extra love and care for your vehicle. Our cars and trucks often get pelted with rocks and debris as they maneuver through the roads. Double that when they drive through rough weather or off-road courses. Just like us, they can have damage from the sun and acquire minor scratches. If you take your vehicle in for a facial, that’s our way of saying you can give it a detailing session. Give your vehicle a Mani / Pedi (aka a new paint job).

When we want to spoil ourselves, we find ourselves at the nail salon for a manicure and pedicure. If you think about it, a new paint job for your vehicle is like getting a mani/pedi. Yes, it’s a little more expensive than a real mani/pedi, but your vehicle will look and feel bright, shiny, and polished...just like your beautiful nails. At AC Auto Service Center, we do not offer paint services, but can certainly give you a recommendation if needed.

Take your vehicle to the Spa (aka the car wash).

Don’t you love it when you go to the spa and spend some time in the water? Sometimes we love the hot tub, and other times we enjoy the steam room. Your vehicle can feel extra pampered when you take it to the car wash, which is the car’s equivalent to the spa. After all, don’t you feel better when your vehicle is clean and smells nice?

Help your vehicle Get Organized (aka install storage systems).

Do you love the feeling when everything in your car, your home, your office, and your life is organized? Doesn’t it feel great when everything is in its place and easy to find? We sure do, and that is why we love trunk organizers. We found a few of them on Amazon and we’ll share them here. Trunk organizers allow us to separate and sort our cargo, prevents things from rolling around in the back, and protects the contents from getting smushed.
